With the Deep Tech Award, we recognize application-oriented and proven software and hardware products from Berlin that are characterized by a high degree of innovation and great future potential and create added value for users. The categories of the Deep Tech Award are “Advanced Manufacturing,” “Bio- & HealthTech,” “Artificial Intelligence,” “Quantum Technologies, Photonics & Microelectronics,” and “Web3 & distributed ledger technologies (DLT).”

The Deep Tech Awards ceremony is the annual highlight of the campaign. Since 2015, the Berlin Senate Department for Economics, Energy, and Public Enterprises has been honoring Berlin-based companies and start-ups with this award.
